My organization created an Individual Free Plan on box.com then we qualified for the Nonprofit Starter Plan via Techsoup on box.org but it looks like we can only get the nonprofit features if we create a new account. How do I change our account from the Individual Free Plan via box.com to Nonprofit Starter Plan via box.org?
