How create BOX folder for all Italy-community ?

Hi,

our team, worked an W3-publisher-WIKI for ISM-MAXIMO : there are many link for to download doc/xls/ppt/...  actualy inside in a special NOTES-repository

We would like move these document to a special BOX folder "already opened to all" for to permit download document by web-link 

It's necessary a special request to CREATE this FOLDER + define Owner and co-Owner for to manage all documents ? Whats is the procedure fot to ask it ?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You can certainly create this Folder in Box and set the correct collaborator permission then create shared links for the documents you want to store in it to Share to others.
