How can manage users' personal folder within our organization?

Our organization has Box license and we create folders for our employee and share with them. When they are using it, they registered for the free account. However, some of them created their personal folders under their free accounts.

Is there a way that we can transfer/share all this personal folders to/with the admin account? Or any other way that we can mange these folders?

Hi there, 

Welcome to the Box Community! 

If the folder is owned by a free user, you can have them share the file to the Admin and set the permission level to Editor. Once you have access as an Editor, you can change the ownership. You may refer to this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196273-Managing-Collaborators

Hi Aira,

Thank you for your reply! Is there a way that we can see if they have any personal folder under their accounts? if we have their email address registered for Box.  

Or they have to be managed user if we would like to "manage" their personal folder?
