Hi, I have upgraded to enterprise plan as i wish to use my subdomain instead of box.com
When i go to the support page, I'm asked to login with my enterprise account to have further support options than the communty, but I am already logged in.
This page says: Please contact your Box Customer Success Manager to receive more information about Box Verified Enterprise.
