How can I request access to a folder/file that I don't know the owner

Note that content sharing is initiated by the file or folder owner. I’m afraid Box team won’t be able to grant access to a certain file or folder.

Assuming we don’t know who the owner is and our Company is very large. “How can I request access? “

Can Box not display who the Owner is so I can reach out to them? We don’t need a built-in access approval for the Box Folder like MS SharePoint - but at least the name or email of the owner should be displayed to we can reach out them directly.
