I downloaded all of my files onto a harddrive and stopped paying for the subscription as I couldn’t afford it. I’ve now moved onto a new project, but when I went through my documents, numerous files were empty/hadn’t downloaded properly. I therefore need to access the old files on Box, but because I’d stopped paying, it wouldn’t let me log in or reset my password… Is there any way I can get my files back?

Once you’ve already cancelled your subscription you will no longer be able access to your Box account, including your Box contents.
If you plan to regain access to your Box files/folders you might want to consider account reactivation and please email us at billing@box.com.
