I submitted an inquiry through Box's official contact form, and I was connected with a representative named Neila Mansubi. I sent a follow-up email requesting the documentation, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet.
Since we are on a tight timeline to respond to our client, I’m wondering if there is another way to obtain this document—or if there’s a specific team or process I should go through to get it.
