When my client register an account, despite not selecting the method for two-step verification, the login screen was displayed.
Furthermore, the message "Please enter the 6-digit code displayed on the authentication app" appears.
But, she can't receive the code, so she never log in.
How can I manage the problem?
*When I try to click link and create a ticket, I receive the bellow message. But my internal Help/Service Desk said me to contact here.
