How can I get to login? I have set 2FA on my account, but I deleted 2FA apps on my phone.
Please let me know how to retrieve my access to box.
- I have set 2FA on my account.
- but I lost 2FA apps from my phone.
- now I cannot get 2FA number to login, so I cannot login box site anymore.
please inform me if it's not enough data to get back it.
note: account in the problem is not current account in this thread. because the account is not able to login the box...
