How can I get screen shots of an invited clients Box invite process?

I am a user on a corporate account, and need to capture screen shots of our invited clients invite process to Box, including setting up a Box account. I deactivated my personal Box account, and tried sending invites to the associated email, but invites are not allowed to deactivated accounts. I could setup a whole new dummy email account(s) to accomplish this, but wondering if there are any better alternatives to this need than setting up box accounts that will never see use. I will need to do the same process for mobile app screen captures as well.
