I’m on the free tier and wanted to set up 2FA but saw that apparently it’s only available on paid plans.
I then tried upgrading to “Box Personal Pro” but just got an error message:
There was an error processing your request.
Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.
Please advise on how to resolve this. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a product in a long time.
