honestly, I have no idea how to do it - as an IT expert, I spent 30min now. 


since nobody / no page is telling me how to


at least, can i have a support email address?


I run my own SaaS, so I understand you want to avoid churn customer.


but if you keep ripping me off, that must be the violation of my human right.


( i understand the hyper competition. but hiding such critical info from customer is totally different issue)


( btw, I do respect your CEO Aaron. for this reason, I feel very very sad)
