I was working on box 12:30 - 2pm US Mountain Standard Time. At 2pm, it stopped responding to my mouse and keyboard. I ended up closing windows about 15 mins later. My colleague shows no updates from me. Did I really lose 1.5 hours of work? Doesn't box do saves as it goes? Is there somewhere else to look?

For me to check, may I please know what app are you using when editing the files? Also, please provide a screen recording of your workflow. It looks like the file you edited was not saved on your Box account.
