hi, my storage is full, but it isn't. how i can resolve this problem?

I can See and have about 4GB of Files, but my Storage is "full", 10.0GB.

Trash is empty

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
