Help to switch 2FA to use my phone# instead of authentication tool

Hello,
Good morning.  My PC had a hard reset and all the authentication tooling setup were deleted.  And the Box.com set up was there too; I don't have a way to re-setup the authenticator.  
Can you help remove the 2FA from my account so that I can switch it to use my phone/sms authentication instead?

Let me know if you need my info, I will send them once you're ready to update my account.  Thank you!
