I am unable to see files shared with me. One read “preview not available”.  Also, my group is unable to include me in the sharing of files. My email is giving them issues. Please help. Thank you.

    For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like when you accessed the file? Also, may I know what file type are you trying to preview?
