Help: Make sure the storage account is provisioned in Open / Add a Place and that you have the necessary permissions.

I keep getting this error when I try to open a word doc in the desktop app on my Mac. My Office is the most updated version. Any help you can offer?

    we have been dealing with this issue for over 6+ months with box support. Still not resolved.
