HELP!!! I lost my upload button

I've uploaded files in the past. All of a sudden I don't have the upload button. Please help.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    We've actually launched in in June the consolidated "New" button combining the 'New' and 'Upload' buttons. Basically, in the new update, the upload feature is under the "New" dropdown. The announcement can be found here.

    Can you take a look and check if this could be what you are looking into?

    Otherwise, would you mind sharing a screenshot of how your Box look like with the missing the upload button so we can take a closer look?
