Help! Admin e-mail account was deleted in platform switch

I need someone from Box to contact me. We need file ownership moved over to another account or for the admin account credentials to change. Thank you!

    Seems that you're still yet to be part of this Business account. Please reach out to someone from this team to first add you as their managed user and here's the steps in changing your Admin.
