help

I have a vendor and a customer requesting us to use this box , I can view and receive all emails from my vendor, however , I get no email notifications , nor can I see any information on the Customer which is PAc-Sci- Pacific Scientific- how am I able to receive emails notifications from both companies and see what they are sending .  This should not so difficult to manage or to find help. Please advise.
