I've been with box for years. PLEASE run your "SCRIPT" to clear my account! This happens every time I reach the max storage!
How can I reach you/BOX directly for help? This forum approach doesn't do anything!

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
