I have a 10GB account. I have two of the default folders from BOX in there, both of which are empty.

My trash is empty and has been for over a week, but 5.4GB is used somehow. Seems like this is a common issue too since I've found a few forum posts with the same problem. 

Please fix my account so I can get some things uploaded here. Thanks.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
