Hello,


I cannot find any support documentation on the topic of Failed Tests within the GxP Insights page. The Test Failures listed are a bit vague.


  1. Is this on Box's end, or customer's end?

  2. How do we know the severity?

  3. What should we do with the Ticket ID?

Could someone give me some recommendations on handling Failed Tests besides just collecting/logging the automated reports.


Maybe I was expecting more guidance or insights considering the cost of this add-on but hopefully someone can help clear it up for me.
