Hi, I got the email regarding the bandwidth violation. They said they have implemented preventative measures to limit my bandwidth.


I also read their article page "Understand How Box Measures Bandwidth Usage"


I'm using Business Plus plan at the moment. If I upgrade to Enterprise Plus plan, would it solve this limitation? It's pretty urgent that I'd like to resolve to use their services again as fast as possible.
