When we try to open a sheet we uploaded in Box, it opens in Notepad. I have checked the default apps for CSV files and they are set to Excel with no option on the computer (windows 11) to use Google Sheets as its web based.
The Box workspace integration is ticked and should execute ..
Support has been terrible.
Any help out there? Box wont refund the subscription
