I have been using google sheets to edit my spreadsheets all along, including this morning, and now I only have access to Excel online.

I have shared this spreadsheets with panelists and they are unable to open their sheets in google sheets as well.

What can I do??

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your google sheets access. 

To regain your access with google sheets, can we begin to troubleshoot with the following? 

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.  
  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
  • Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
  • Restart your machine then try again.
