I have shared two Excel sheets with one of my colleagues. She complained today that one sheet shows 3 options for opening the sheet. But the other sheet is only showing to open in an online Excel sheet. It is not showing to open the sheet in Google Sheets. I tried it and the same is happening with me as well.

Kindly try these steps to possibly fix the issue:
- Try a different browser, machine and network connection.
- Clear the user's browser's cache and cookies.
- Make sure that the used browser's up to date. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support
- Restart your machine.
