My colleague is trying to use Google Docs within Box but is unable to Sign In to Google. He clicks the 'Sign In' button, it refreshes, and then takes him back to the same page - he doesn't even get the chance to put his details in. His Box account and his Google account both use the same email and there does not seem to be any information provided to explain what's happening.
This has been going on for months. He's using Chrome.
How can this be fixed?
