Hey everyone! I work at a university that is getting rid of our Google access that is linked with our NetIDs(our university email address). I created my Box account with my university ID, and sometimes use the functionality that allows you to store Google documents within Box.
My question is, this summer, when they get rid of the functionality of Google with my university ID, will the Google documents that I’ve created on box also disappear?

Is it just your account email your University will get rid of? If so, that gives you the chance to change your primary email address in your Box account.
Upon checking, looks like you're subscribed to a Personal Box account and to change your primary email on Box, here's the steps.
Meanwhile, if your University is set to remove your access both on your email account and your Box account. Kindly download all your necessary docs as soon as possible. As your contents will be inaccessible once the University has ended your access to your Box account.
