Give specific users access to someone's entire box account

Using Okta provisioning, I want to have terminated employee's Box files transferred to a service account. I also want several people to have access to these files in the service account - so ideally I'd like to give full box account access (not just specific folders) to the service account. Not all these people who need access are Box Admins.. any idea if this is possible or has anyone else done something similar? Thank you!

    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for posting!

    This scenario seems to be against our Terms of Service so I would not recommend this. 

    3. YOUR ACCOUNT
    ...Only you may use your Box account and you are responsible for all aspects of your account. 
    Each user must have a separate account. You may not share, loan or transfer your ID or password
