Hi,
We are forced to move/migrate from legacy Crocodoc/BoxView to new BoxView. And everything was going well until I realized we can't get proper thumbnail of pdf or doc files, there's only stock(default) image for file types other than images and videos.
Is it possible that there's no thumbnail generating from content option. It was one of features we mostly used with legacy boxView.
