Does anyone else feel like you go around in circles trying to find out how to contact support? I ke[e have a 'Program Error' message and am unable to save files to Box. I'm using Photoshop. However, I can save files to my desktop – which makes me think it's a Box error. I need to fix this asap which is why I was trying to find someone to Box to reach. :(

Welcome to the Box Community!

It's possible that the problem is due to the version of Photoshop as the issue seem not exclusive to Box.

We have seen reports on this that was related on an upgrade on the latest Photoshop version, and some users found that downgrading Photoshop helps.

Hello France,

My box storage is being shown as full even after deleting most of the items. When I go to support as you suggest in answers, chat is offline so I am unable to find an agent to discuss my issue with. Kindly suggest what should I do.
