I've spent a number of hours exploring the Box documentation to try to get started on an application. I've found a ton of information and I've worked to put it togehter, no easy task. I understand how the API works, just not how to get started using it. I thought I found what I needed, but nope, it's obsolete. It did show an elegant way to get started on an application though, so I'll ask if maybe anyone knows if there is an update to this information... 

I found two YouTube videos that together would show everything needed to get started. The second one, using Postman with the API, is probably still current.

Unfortunately it mentions pages and functionality no longer at those Box URLs. Could someone possibly tell me where this functionality has gone?

  The Box API Postman Collection is available here. This Postman Collection has most of the Box API calls already configured. You can use a Box developer token to test with, which can be generated through the Configuration page for an application in the developer console.


Hi Guys - I am having the same issue. I find the Box instructions are not updated.

 

I am trying to do a get request using the developer token but I am getting a 400 message.
