Getting routed to the wrong box acccount

Two different companies set up accounts for me on box.  They have the same email, but different passwords.  One is old and obsolete and one is new.  Until recently I was getting routed to the new acccount, but now I am getting routed to the old account (using the new password) and don't know how to eliminate that account and get back to seeing the information in the newer account.
