Getting "[domain] refused to connect" in iframe

Hi,

Everything was working marvelously in the app I'm developing based on an iframe and then suddenly I'm seeing "[domain] refused to connect".  I suspect it's a CORS problem, but I'm not sure how to get around it.  Suggestions?
