Hi,

I also filed a support ticket but maybe somebody knows a faster way: Using ftp to initially bulk upload about 1,6mill files (1,6TB) worked fine for the first 300k files.

Then I decided to change the password to a safer one and restartet the upload (using Filezilla). Since then I get "530 CAptcha needed" message. As stated in the message I open the box.com web version and log in and log out frequently until a Captcha is requested. Actually only "I am no robot" is shown but this should be sufficient as well.

Unfortunatly this does not change anything and the error on ftp persists.

Any ideas?

Kind regards

Ronald
