There was an error while trying to add *email* to your account.


 


I am trying to link a new personal email, but Box is giving me this error. The help article tells me to reach staff, but I am not sure how to do that.

The issue has been resolved. I believe there is a 24hr cooldown for changing emails, and that is what was preventing me from changing emails.
