I can log into my account but can't have access to the folders shared by other collaborators in the box. Can you help me get access to the files?

Getting access to the folders shared
I am having the same issue, as well. When I click on the invite link a Box page pops up with a message stating that the page does not exist and that I should contact the owner of the link to get permission to view the folder, which I did, and they did. But I still can't access the folder. Help!
