I found an unmanaged user for our domain ("Joe Box" jbox@<companyname>com) and am attempting to get rid of it from our unmanaged users list. Best I can tell is that this was a very old test account created when we were first integrating box with our company.


How do I remove this unmanaged account? I attempted adding our account as per support documents, but I get the error "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise". The email/user doesn't exist in our mailserver either.
