Hi, my account says that I exceed 100 GB but I have less amount of information and the information is not synchronized.

i have the same issue, my box account is empty but it says my storage used up 6gb. i have already deleted and empty the trash nothing seems to work

Hi, I have the same issue. I've already emptied out my account, but it says I have 75GB used. There is no place for me to open a support ticket on the support page. Only this community page.
