Full quota appears as used even after deleting a big quantity of files and removing them from trash. Quota exceded notification. Actal occupation is way smaller than my quota. Pleaseelet me know what to do to restore my available quota. Thanks.

I have learned that this is a common problem and thet it is solved by running a quote reset script. Could you run such script for me? Thanks in advance.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
