Hello, 


I'm receiving a message indicating that there is no more space on the account I am trying to upload my files via Box Drive. However, there are very fiew files on this account and the measurements (Account & Billing ! usage) indicate :


  • Storage : 372.2MB / 10.0 GB

  • Upload Bandwith : 77.6 GB

  • Download Bandwith : 70.3 GB

  • Total Bandwith : 148.0 GB

Can you help me resolve this issue ?

Upon checking, you only have collaborated folders present in your Box account. And if you're receiving storage related error, please reach out to the folder owner. 


Note that each folder storage will be counted against the folder owner's available space.

The owner of the folder is the Platform Ap I created. So, indirectly, I'm the owner of the folder.


I know there are frequent discrepencies between actual folder content and you're estimation. Could you please try to run the script that correct it ?
