FTP requires two factor authentication which is fine however the addition of captcha renders it almost useless. I login once, change my password for what is texted to me and start a transfer of multiple (2000+) files. At some point, normally the first 5 or so files it will say captcha is required. So, I stop the transfer and login, clear the captcha, log back into ftp which prompts two factor, start the transfer again and then get another captcha. This system is completely unusable. Lately the captcha requirement seems to have got way more frequent.

If you haven't already, please open a ticket at support.box.com so we can help further investigate! We need to look into what's actually triggering the captcha on the backend. Ensure you provide an email date/time/timezone this occurs and the email address you use for FTP.
