My business email has changed.  I don't have access to the old email address. 

Trying to change my login credentials with the new email address. Getting an error message:  "Forbidden 403.  Attempting a prohibited action."

Really simple issue that would probably take about 2 minutes to resolve.  I have no intention of wading through 10 articles.....

Can't believe that you folks don't have support.  Really disgusted with how Box is hiding.  What a way to run a business.  Zero customer service.  I've been low maintenance.  Up until now I haven't needed any assistance.  

Looks like I'll be looking for a different provider.
