We have team members using both MAC and PC devices. Our brand font is Gotham. We have it installed on all computers and are having problems.
When MAC users view an online document the fronts appear correctly.
When PC users view the same document online the text defaults to something else.
MAC users can download as PDF with the Gotham font fine.
PC users have to open the document in the desktop version then save as PDF to get the document to display as Gotham.
Can you please advise?
