This is my first post and I really need your help before changing the setup for my Account.
We are an NGO and we have one user.
As many other organizations, we storage our information and invite external, free collaborators to access to our files.
Right now, we have 48 external collabotators that access to our files with their own free box accounts.
My questions:
1) how can I upgrade my account to a Business Plus without making a mess?
2) how much do I have to pay monthly/yearly for this upgrade?
3) Do I have to send my 501 format to obtain a discount for being a NGO?
4) Do I need to backup all my information?
5) please confirm that on Business plus, all these 48 external collaborators do not pay.
6) on a second stage, can I assign a fixed amount of space to each one of my collaborators so all their info will be under my account? or at that time, do they become a user?
