Free user MFA needs disabling

We have a free user that needs to collaborate with a Box enterprise Box folder, but has 2FA enabled on his account when it was disabled recently by Support themselves. It seems to have automatically re-enabled itself. 

Can you please help remove 2FA on this account?

Hello, I am unable to access files due to two factor authentication not working. I tried with both email and phone number, notice pops up saying they're invalid. I try with an authenticator, and the QR code never loads. How can I resolve this?

What we can do to help is disable your Multi-Factor Authentication. This way you could access your Box account and later on reconfigure your MFA.
