I just deleted some folders and all files in trash but available space is not increasing.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

you could implement it the same way it is on a computer: as soon as you delete it in the trash, space is freed up
