Hi. Can you please reset the space in my box account. It is still showing fully utilized space, whereas I have deleted at least 1-2 Gb and emptied Trash folder also. Urgent attention please. My files are not updating.

Dear Rona,
I freed up space more than a week ago, but my quota still shows used up. Your comment above says it should be freed up in maximum 24 hours. That is why I am repeatedly requesting you to resolve this. I am unable to sync files and not able to use Box.
Please resolve urgently. Waiting for your action today.
