Hi Srs, I removed 40Gb, cleaned the trash, to use for another files, but it continues occupying space. I say that there might be a script to run and correct it. Can you run it on my account? Thank you very much.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
